This was a very pleasant stay! Extremely quiet and very relaxing. They automatically make you feel like you're at home by them giving you the key to come in and out of the B&B. The staff are kind and friendly. A little pricey but for the hospitality and the rooms, it is totally worth every penny! Definitely staying again!

You will have absolutely no excuse(s) for not relaxing at the Old Monterey Inn! If you can't relax here, there is no hope! Wonderful hosts, food, rooms, staff, service and property! Katy and Lawrence (owners) are so enthusiastic and proud of what their inn offers. They should be! All B&B owners should take lessons for them!

The Old Monterey Inn is EXACTLY what you want a Bed & Breakfast to be. Katy and Lawrence have not left one detail untouched. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms tastefully appointed and your every need has already been thought of. And to top it off, breakfast is delicious and beautifully presented. We were greeted by a pianist filling the parlor room with beautiful music and afternoon snacks. Everett helped us get settled in. Once we crawled into bed, we got another pleasant surprise...the sheets, pillow cases and toppers are the highest quality that you will find anywhere and unbelievably comfortable.

What a gorgeous property. We stayed in November, travelling with friends and mother in law. The rooms were amazing, just as we had expected from the website. The hosts were friendly and informative, and we really enjoyed breakfast with the other guests. The grounds are beautiful and the misty rain made it even more romantic. We travelled from Australia and would definitely stay again. Thank you Katy and team.

A fairy tale getaway...every corner of the inn has something special. Gorgeous grounds, private patios, beautifully decorated rooms, gourmet breakfasts, wine and cheese with music in the afternoons, chocolates as you leave. I stayed in The Library, spending delightful hours reading in front of the fire. Katy and the staff did everything to ensure guests were comfortable and happy. A five star experience.
