We stayed here for a week, the room we had was the best in the house 220, the views are superb, and the room is large and very comfortable. The sealife is very visable. Value for money NO. We paid $500 to $600 a night and the service was equivalent to a 3* if you're lucky! Prior to this we have stayed in Monterey Bay before, using the Monterey Plaza and the Marriott, both offer good value for money and reflect in the service the price you are paying for the seafront location, unless you get the hotel at a rock down bargin price, my suggestion, try the other, much better.
