This hotel is very 1950's. Though it hasn't been "modernized", this hotel has been well maintained and kept very clean. The walls are pretty thin. The beds are comfortable and room is adequate with small refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is small with little space to put your "stuff" down--though it did have a real medicine cabinet if you wished to unload your toiletries. The water pressure was great. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is in short walking distance to water, shops and restaurants. This is a non-smoking, no pets hotel (which is perfect for us). If what you're looking for is a clean, adequate room without paying an arm and a leg, this is what you're looking for. If you're looking for a larger room with the latest decor and fancy amenities, then you need to pass on this. I would stay here again and recommend it as well.
