“Great Value, would come back again!”

It's great for relaxing coming from LA, going on to SF the next day. Bathroom, TV, breakfast, everything great. No complaints, wouldn't choose any other accomodation if I ever came back. And the size of the room was awesome, too. Surely, for that price, one of the best places on our trip LA-SF-Vegas-LA
Enjoy a morning jog to the monolith before breakfast and take a camera with you for the different shapes and lights in which it'll appear.

Quaint hotel in the heart of Morro Bay. Rooms have a country B&B decor that suits the hotel perfectly. Complimentary breakfast is provided every morning on the main floor, where wine tasting is available in the evening. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. In particular, we really appreciated Steve's helpful insight. Will stay here again on our next visit to Morro Bay.

We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area and overall this is one of the better ones. The rooms a Country French style and very nice. The prices are reasonable for the area and season. The morning breakfast is simple and typical for this type of hotel. Nothing special. They have a Happy Hour with some descent wines but are a little slight on how much you can have. 2 Full Glasses or 4 half glasses. Cheap on the snacks but since I don't live off that I guess it's if no matter!!! Like I said it's one of the better hotels around. Finally the staff is for the most part Friendly but at times some of them have been known to have a corn cob stuck up their you know what!!

We have stayed at Ascot Suites many times in the past, both for business and pleasure. This stay (2/8/2013-2/11/2013) was for business. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was cordial, saying "enjoy the whirlpool tub" (this was one of the reasons we stay here). We got to our room, it had an odor, but we opened a window. Before we sat down our luggage, we wanted to start the tub water. This room did not have a whirlpool. The clerk said no problem, come back down. We did, and he said he had just given the last away, unless we wanted to pay add'l 30. Per night, or talk to the mgr the next day (he didn't come in the next day). When we got up the next day, we saw drops of blood in the bed. We left for work before anyone was at the desk. When we arrived back that evening, we asked about another room, and were told there was nothing that could be done, and that housekeeping was gone for the day, when we told him about the blood. This was the worst service I have ever received. Such a disappointment.

We stayed here for one night whilst driving the PCH. We got a lovely big room at a very reasonable cost and a good recommendation for dinner. The manager was helpful and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We had no reservation and the manager had no problem showing us the room in advance.

My first time for my husband and I to visit Morro Bay. We booked our hotel through Travelocity which was Ascot Suites in Morro Bay. We had the most amazing stay here!! Pablo to hotel manager is so accommodating! He went above and beyond making my 40th memorable by upgrading our room to make it extra special for a small amount more. The breakfast is wonderful!! The rooms are charming and kept up emulate!! We will definitely be back here in the Tudor suite and looking forward to our next visit! Keep up the great work Pablo, you've definitely earned our business!!

Room Tip: Tudor Suite room 317 is large cozy and the view is amazing...view of Morro Bay Rock!

This was a very comfortable hotel, even though I was there for business, I appreciated the amenities. It's convent location, where you can walk to everything, I loved hearing the sea lions & fog horn at night! Makes for a great place business or pleasure!!
