Walls are the thinnest I've ever had at a hotel, to the point where I could hear my neighbor's television even though it was at a very reasonable volume. The "full" breakfast is basically continental with microwaved eggs and mystery meat shaped as sausage. You can make your own waffle, which is about the only warm and "fresh" thing available for breakfast. Stairways are dirty and smell.
Upside is free parking and proximity to the Embarcadero. Staff is also nice and very friendly.
I don't recommend paying more than ~$70/night, which you can regularly get on priceline or hotwire.
