“Fun at first”

Well, when you arrive the service is excellent; however, after being their a few hours it gets boring. There's few trails to use so after some time I was bored.

“Out of control skiers/snowboards need to be controlled”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 January 2013

We have skied all over the world and are extremely concerned about the hazardous conditions (no safety bars on chair lifts) and out of control snowboarders (with no oversight) at Mt. Shasta ski park.

“Great small, cheap resort.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 January 2013 via mobile

Greatresort. Not many runs but good variety, and enough for a couple of fun days.
Good park.
Slow lifts.
Quiet slopes.
Fantastic value! With a ski free voucher you can ski for as little as 8 bucks!
Recommend!

“Perfect little cheap skiresort!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 December 2012

Well it might have been the perfect day as we went but even with just 3 lifts they have a lot of different slope options. All of them are in the middle of the woods, were in perfect condition. I had to get used to no security systems on the lifts. But the staff and resort were well organized, friendly and in happy mood the road was snowy, so better bring a 4x4 or chains.

“Too bad it isn't higher up the mountain.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 November 2012

Weak. Sorry, but it's true. Especially compared to other places in the NW and West. Most CA skiiers probably think it's OK. Low elevation means scant, heavy snow. Runs mostly beginner cruiser type.
