The TreeHouse is a great stay and it is well worth the extra $ to have a view of Mount Shasta as the sun sets and rises! This is what I come for!! Rooms are fairly spacious and clean and the decor is updated. As I was departing, I noticed modifications were being made in the parking lot to accommodate electric vehicles. Yay!!!

the entire staff was great BUT Hannah was over the top...friendly caring and even remembered our childrens names WOW!!!!!! The Best !!!! The pool and hot tub were in pristine condition and almost everything we wanted to do was within a half hour away. The view from our balcony was picturesque, with snow-capped Mt Shasta in the backdrop.

This was a great value. We had a lovely suite that had a patio that looked out on a water feature. The room came with all the amenities you could ever want. The view of Mt. Shasta from the restaurant was breathtaking. The breakfast bar had waffles, biscuits and gravy, a couple different kinds of scrambles eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc. We highly recommend this hotel.

We were looking for a B&B, but they were booked the weekend of the equinox so we ended up here. It was a great find. The room was, well, roomy, with wooden walls, a giant screen TV, big bed and a nice restaurant attached. Live music the first night, big buffet breakfast included. It rained while we were there, so the room and amenities were greatly appreciated.

Your options in Mt. Shasta are somewhat limited and this is probably your best option. Our room was a typical motel room with one exception...the shower. Excellent! The Tree House has a big breakfast buffet that non-guests pay to come to and it's included in the price of your room. It's very good and is the best complimentary breakfast I've had at any motel. Also, if the weather is clear, there are beautiful views of Mt. Shasta (the actual mountain) from many places on the grounds and from some rooms (not ours). We'd stay here again.

Stay here. You will not be disappointed. It was a wonderful hotel with lots of wood on walls, outstanding view of Mt. Shasta. Clean as a whistle. Relatively quiet, comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Ask for an mountain view. Avoid the take out menu.

Just missed out on an excellent rating. The positives. Very nice rooms. Well kept up, clean and nice size. Great views of Mt. Shasta from the window. Liked having one of the two sinks separate from the bathroom area. The beds were excellent, and pillows very comfortable. Negatives. At check in five young girls were having a passionate discussion about some matter and the check in was neither friendly or welcoming. The lighting in the room was rather poor once the curtains were closed. Impossible to read in bed without taking the lampshades off the lamps. Only one chair to read in and that light wasn't that great either. The desk was placed in front of the window making it difficult to open and close the curtains. Also, the noise from people leaving the next morning seemed to penetrate the walls even though we were on the second floor with the curtains closed. The included breakfast the next morning had a great many options but was very ordinary quality. Very loud and noisy but not overly crowded. Seems like this could be a great hotel with a little more attention to detail.

Room Tip: Definitely get a second floor room if you can do without an elevator.
