I've been to Scott's in Downtown Mountain View several times--for both lunch and dinner. I would recommend Scott's for either. Mountain View is lucky enough to have 100+/- restaurants, but many of them are average at best.

I've only ever had a great dining experience at Scott's. The staff is very pleasant and professional and the food is great!

They've recently added fire pits in front of the restaurant, so the ambience indoors and outside is great. It adds to the overall "buzz" in Downtown Mountain View, which as a homeowner, is attractive to my husband and I.

Since there are not many options for seafood, we were thrilled when Scott's came into our area. If you are not a seafood lover, there are options for you. I just tried the lamb kabob appetizer yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised!

You cannot go wrong with Scott's!

It took me about 28 years to return to Scotts. Went to one of original Scotts in SF long time ago and just not impressed. Happy to say fish dishes were surprising tastey, large enough quantity, and seemed healthy. Staff was pleasant and very casual. Appreciated the casual feel and great food. Also easy parking in Mountain View.

Had a wonderful Cajun snapper sandwich. That was the highlight. Appetizer of calimari was un-memorable. Fries that came with the sandwich were skinny and cheap -- like I would expect at a Wendy's. C'mon guys -- up your fries game!!!

The Mother's Day brunch selection; but all the key items, such as prime rib, cooked-to-order omelets, bacon, French toast, pancakes, etc. were available. The chocolate-dipped strawberries were delectable.
The service staff was friendly and efficient. Helped out mothers with babies with a smile. Parking in the immediate neighborhood was plentiful.
Price was reasonable.
