“Absolutely amazing!”
Reviewed 24 September 2013

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Napa and chose to stay at the Inn on Randolph after reading the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. The reviews were spot on. The Inn is amazing. Going forward, we will always use Trip Advisor when making travel arrangements.

We were warmly greeted by Karen and her team who were committed to making sure we were taken care of and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Randolph Cottage and it was lovely. The sheets were the softest we’ve ever slept in and I'm now searching for a set just like them so I can have the Randolph experience all year long. The cottage was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was top quality from the Turkish towels, EO bath products, the complimentary bottle of wine, and the coffee in the room.

Breakfast was amazing. The granola was delicious and the fruit salad was perfectly fresh and included lots of raspberries and blueberries (my personal favourites).

The location is perfect and only a short walk to the centre of town. We’ll definitely be returning to Napa and look forward staying at the Randolph Inn again.

I cannot say enough about Inn on Randolph, where my husband and I just spent our 5th wedding anniversary. Karen and the entire staff were wonderful, professional, welcoming, and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Our cottage was completely updated, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was phenomenal every morning and Karen always made a point to go to each table and ask what our plans were for the day and offered excellent suggestions on where and where not to go. She was always eager to help make reservations at wineries and restaurants for us and could not have been more accommodating. Special thanks is owed to Emily for making us a cheese plate every afternoon to enjoy with our wine purchases from the day. Loved the area around the inn and was easily walkable to downtown Napa. We left after 3 days to stay at another b&b in sonoma for the end of our trip and instantly regretted it - nothing compares to Inn on Randolph! Cannot wait to go back!

Everything about the Inn on Randolph was excellent. Karen and her entire staff were totally focused on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They provided outstanding service and numerous recommendations regarding things to do and places to eat/drink in Napa. The cottage we stayed in was clean, inviting, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a gourmet experience each morning. I really have no reservations providing the highest recomendation to all considering a visit to Napa to spend a few nights at this B&B. You will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Fowler Cottage and it was perfect.

A three day stay at the Inn on Randolph should be mandatory for would be Inn owners.
Karen and all of the staff can write the book on B & B's. When, where and how...they have all of the answers. They made our trip to Napa Valley, all that we hoped it would be and even more! Their knowledge and suggestions made the trip over the top enjoyable. Don't let me forget the breakfast, every morning was a culinary delight. Warmest regards, Paul & Sue

Thanks for the wonderful compliments - After I retire I might just write that book, but for starters I think I will have the Chef publish his recipes for our guests to enjoy! Hope to see you back at the inn!

Warmly,

Karen

Just returned from celebrating our 20th anniversary in Napa Valley and chose the Inn on Randolph based on other Trip Advisor reviews. My wife and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit the area in the future. Karen and staff are fantastic and the entire grounds immaculate. We stayed in the Fowler Cottage, which was marvelous. The breakfasts were excellent, unique and everyone was so nice and helpful, especially with dinner, wine tasting recommendations, and even securing wine crates for the trip home. We found ourselves relaxing in the courtyard after each day's wine tastings and couldn't have been more pleased. These guys go above and beyond and it led to a great week for us. No need to look further....this is your place.

My wife and I had a blast in Napa and the Inn on Randolph helped to make the trip. Karen and her staff are excellent. Every detail is taken care of - your personal French press for coffee, a bottle of wine at your check-in, and a great breakfast in the morning (the homemade granola is great!). Probably the best perk is the one-on-one advice for your daily wine tasting/tours - not to mention the numerous complementary wine tastings they give away. Plus, you are walking distance from the downtown area/Oxbow market.

My wife and I came here for our 5th Anniversary... The Inn and staff definitely exceeded our expectations. The service was awesome, we didn't have too many plans beforehand so they were quick to suggest some different outings that fit our style. Everything was spot on. Breakfasts were delicious, they were accommodating on every request, and the Inn itself was clean, modern, and super comfy. We have plans to return when we come back to Napa.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Laurel Cottage and it was awesome. Private and spacious.
