“A Real Highlight of the Trip”

Thank you TripAdvisor for suggesting this Inn. The very upbeat and
knowledgeable owner/innkeeper directed us to wonderful restaurants and wineries in the Napa area. Breakfasts were abundant and loaded with the freshest local ingredients. The chef created generous platters of good cheese and fresh fruit with wine for guests as we arrived "home" from a day of touring about. The rooms are updated to the enth degree - my room even had a heated bathroom floor !!! and a fireplace. I would
highly recommend the Inn on Randolph in Napa.!!

Before heading to NAPA, I did a lot of research because we really wanted to stay at a B&B/INN. The INN on RANDOLPH was perfect for us. It is an amazingly beautiful INN, spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms, and a warm inviting patio area that offers generous seating. We stayed in the HANNAH MOORE ROOM, which is on the first floor. Nice size room with gas fireplace, large bathroom with 2 person shower and heated tile. The quality of the bedding and linens was amazing. This was an older home that Karen completely re-modeled and it was done with the finest finishes and beautifully decorated. We heard no noise from guests coming and going from the Inn. When you meet Karen the owner, she has a warmth and friendliness that makes you feel as if you've known her forever. She really wants you the guest to have the best experience in Napa Valley. Every morning at breakfast she would go through our winery list and "tweak"it. Karen has a lot of relationships with the winery's so tastings were either comped/discounted, which was nice, we used that money to buy bottles instead!! We bought 2 cases of wine and Karen had special wine boxes for us to take our wine back on the plane, which was really nice. Breakfast was a delight every morning as Louise would make a spectacular dish. Louise also had warm cookies make every evening. DELICIOUS! Hopefully she will write a cookbook!

I can't say enough about this INN, it is truly a wonderful place and when we come back to NAPA in 2 years, we will stay with Karen again! So close to downtown, everything is within walking distance.

THE best place in Napa to stay! This totally refurbished and remodeled inn has all the amenities you can possibly need, including an innkeeper who is totally attuned to the best sights and tours
to suit your individual needs.
AND, their unique blend of coffee makes it the best in town!
I highly recommend the Inn on Randolph! I would go back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Napa and chose to stay at the Inn on Randolph after reading the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. The reviews were spot on. The Inn is amazing. Going forward, we will always use Trip Advisor when making travel arrangements.

We were warmly greeted by Karen and her team who were committed to making sure we were taken care of and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Randolph Cottage and it was lovely. The sheets were the softest we’ve ever slept in and I'm now searching for a set just like them so I can have the Randolph experience all year long. The cottage was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was top quality from the Turkish towels, EO bath products, the complimentary bottle of wine, and the coffee in the room.

Breakfast was amazing. The granola was delicious and the fruit salad was perfectly fresh and included lots of raspberries and blueberries (my personal favourites).

The location is perfect and only a short walk to the centre of town. We’ll definitely be returning to Napa and look forward staying at the Randolph Inn again.

I cannot say enough about Inn on Randolph, where my husband and I just spent our 5th wedding anniversary. Karen and the entire staff were wonderful, professional, welcoming, and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Our cottage was completely updated, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was phenomenal every morning and Karen always made a point to go to each table and ask what our plans were for the day and offered excellent suggestions on where and where not to go. She was always eager to help make reservations at wineries and restaurants for us and could not have been more accommodating. Special thanks is owed to Emily for making us a cheese plate every afternoon to enjoy with our wine purchases from the day. Loved the area around the inn and was easily walkable to downtown Napa. We left after 3 days to stay at another b&b in sonoma for the end of our trip and instantly regretted it - nothing compares to Inn on Randolph! Cannot wait to go back!

Everything about the Inn on Randolph was excellent. Karen and her entire staff were totally focused on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They provided outstanding service and numerous recommendations regarding things to do and places to eat/drink in Napa. The cottage we stayed in was clean, inviting, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a gourmet experience each morning. I really have no reservations providing the highest recomendation to all considering a visit to Napa to spend a few nights at this B&B. You will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Fowler Cottage and it was perfect.

A three day stay at the Inn on Randolph should be mandatory for would be Inn owners.
Karen and all of the staff can write the book on B & B's. When, where and how...they have all of the answers. They made our trip to Napa Valley, all that we hoped it would be and even more! Their knowledge and suggestions made the trip over the top enjoyable. Don't let me forget the breakfast, every morning was a culinary delight. Warmest regards, Paul & Sue

Thanks for the wonderful compliments - After I retire I might just write that book, but for starters I think I will have the Chef publish his recipes for our guests to enjoy! Hope to see you back at the inn!

Warmly,

Karen
