After spending 6 decadent nights at the Inn on Randolph in Napa, my husband and I didn't want to leave! We were thoroughly taken care of by Karen, Stacy, and the rest of the friendly staff. We arrived without definite plans and Karen quickly made great suggestions and arrangements for us to visit a few wineries, bike, hike, and explore the area. The local restaurants we dined at upon Karen’s recommendations all exceeded our expectations. Mornings at the inn were a perfect start to our days there! Coffee by the fire, a relaxed breakfast with the most fragrant homemade granola, fresh fruit and yogurt, and a hot breakfast as well…all delicious, beautifully presented, and gluten free! The Inn itself is beautifully restored and decorated with a simple elegance, well appointed, very comfortable, and quiet. And I must say the bed linens were the softest, most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! We look forward to returning!

My husband and I were looking for an elegant bed and breakfast in the Napa valley to spend a weekend with close friends. When we saw the Inn on Randolph, we instantly loved the decor - simple, unfussy, modern and comfortable. Forget the antiques and your grandmother's doilies. This is a historical home with updated furnishings, modern conveniences and heated bathroom floors! The sheets are so unbelievably soft and comfortable that many of our friends said they slept better than usual. In fact, many of our guests ended up buying sheet sets from the Inn. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and since the Inn only cooks gluten-free, this alleviated the headache of asking for special menu items for a few of our friends. Both Karen and Stacy attended to every single need of ours and made our weekend run smoothly - from setting up cocktails in the Nieman room to arranging wine tasting tours and dinner at a nearby restaurant. We will certainly return to experience the luxury of this wonderful bed and breakfast, and we thank Karen, Stacy and the rest of the Inn on Randolph staff for a memorable and special weekend.

Room Tip: We loved the Randolph Room - a quiet cottage with good space, nice fireplace and heated bathroom flo...

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of having our wedding ceremony at the Inn on Randolph. It was a beautiful and intimate location for a wedding, made even more lovely by the simple yet elegant decorations. Karen and her staff did an impeccable job handling the details and logistics, so that we were able to simply relax and savor our special day. We, along with our wedding guests, thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, comfortable rooms, the delicious breakfasts, and the warm hospitality. Karen's suggestions for wine tasting, hiking and biking made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Inn on Randolph for a wedding ceremony, or any other special occasion.

We arrived at the Inn on Randolph to freshly baked cookies, homemade soup, caroling and wine tasting in front of a roaring open fire....mesmerizing from the first moment. We were later told that the Inn was participating in a special event showcasing historical residences.
Inn on Randolph is the perfect base for a trip to Napa, being walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. The residence itself is beautifully restored, and rooms tastefully decorated. We were greeted every morning at breakfast (fantastic food) by Karen and her team, who were always smiling and cheerful. Not only did they provide amazing restaurant/winery recommendations (and made all reservations), they were also always on hand to assist with every little detail! Napa is our special place and Inn on Randolph made it that bit more special this time...we will certainly be back!

The Inn on Randolph is an impeccably restored historic residence in the heart of Napa, with several detached cottages. We stayed in the Fowler cottage, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, with many amenities, including a gas fireplace, heated tile floors in the bathroom, spa bathtub, and very comfortable king-sized bed.

Every morning, Karen and her gracious staff prepared a gourmet breakfast, which was served in their beautiful dining room. Karen was very willing to help plan activities, make recommendations for restaurants and wineries to see, and can provide complementary coupons.

The Neiman Room doubles as a media center and a wine tasting venue. It is named for well known wine maker Drew Neiman, who can often be found visiting this property, and is very willing to talk about the wine making arts.

We highly recommend this inn, and will surely return here in the future. You will not be disappointed!

Just got back from a two night stay at the Inn on Randolph. Terrific inn made especially good by Karen and Stacey who are great owner/hosts. The Randolph room was very comfortable with it's private small garden. Very convenient to Napa restaurants and key spots.
