We stayed for one night during the weekend and I really enjoyed the stay. Complimentary water and ice tea in the front lobby. Staff was excellent. Complimentary house wine tasting in the evening. The walls are kind of thin and I can hear people talking outside our room, but all is fine once they move to their own room. Would rate the hotel excellent except I agree with another reviewer, it's not the best value. We booked this hotel for the location, but it was pricey for a one night stay. I can't blame the hotel since Napa hotels are in high demand this time of the year.

lobby was small but clean, staff was helpful and courteous , room was an average hotel room, air conditioning was hard to stabilize to a comfortable temperature. there was some exterior painting going on so the windows were covered over and you couldn't see out. there was some noisy guests out in the hall at night.

We only stayed one night but it was lovely and peaceful. Staff were professional. Bright yet welcoming lobby. Room was clean and modern. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy a bottle of wine. Minor cons: no fan in bathroom, pool is rather small and really close to the building.

This hotel feels more like a motel. The pool is a simple concrete slab area. The hotel staff is excellent, among the best I have had in my world travels. Unfortunately that cannot make up for the over priced rooms. This hotel is not in an area that you can enjoy your surroundings. Over $400 per night with tax for a hotel next to a freeway with little to no amenities. Do yourself a favor and stay in down town Napa on the river.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel, rooms were large and comfortable. The room was extremely clean. Breakfast in the morning was substantial. I found the girls at the front desk very helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasure staying here.
