We stayed on a Sunday evening.We. loved the room decor. Beautiful. The bed was great. My wife and I are used to memory foam with 800-1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. We were completely comfortable. Bravo! We will stay again.Hilton should be proud of this one.

Positives: clean, nice lobby, water, yummy cookies provided, convenient location. Negatives: not friendly greeting (our experience anyway), freeway noise, pricey when you compare it to other places, lack of courtesy from maids.
We checked in at 5pm after a fun experience of wine tasting. We were in awed the beautiful lobby and appreciated the cold water dispenser for arriving guests. We were a bit put off by the rude lady at the front counter who greeted us with "credit card and I.D please." Never looked up from the computer and handed us our room keys. She gave us instructions to our room and that was it! Not the best welcome we've ever received. Oh, yes, she did give us our voucher for our free gift (we are hilton members) and made sure we realized that we would have to get our free waters before the time listed on the card she gave us.
We found our room, the closest room to the freeway! Oh well, someone has to sleep there right? We were only staying one night. Breakfast at the hotel is extra and it did not look like we would want to pay the $26 it would cost for two. I was awakened to a lot of racket in the morning and when we opened our door, we had a hard time maneuvering around THREE maid carts! Unbelievable! I felt like the two girls who were manning the front counter were a whole lot nicer than the lady who we met the night before. We got our free waters and headed out the door. By the way, I've stayed at the Embassy Suites in Napa (also owned by Hilton) and I would recommend their hotel. It is more expensive but breakfast is included!

Great service, convenient location, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet and complimentary internet access.I had to switch rooms at one point and the front desk was very efficient. I would stay again at the Hilton Garden Inn and recommend it.

This is a comfortable, convenient 3 star hotel which aspires to be more, and mostly succeeds. The service is excellent - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. The rooms are spacious, and attractive, with everything you need - coffee maker, big tv with cable, a microwave and small fridge. Being able to get 2 full/queen beds for a good price made it irresistible.

We ate breakfast in the restaurant, which was also an excellent experience. Great service, excellent food, with hot breakfasts to order, and being both all you can eat, and free for kids under 12, made it a great bargain. we liked the eggs benedict most. Also has a fruit bar, juices, cereal, coffee, breads. Free coffee, iced tea, oranges, and cookies available all day.

Pool is heated, although don't plan on swimming laps, as it's about 20 feet long. But a good place for the kids to play while you soak in the hot tub.

Free wifi in the rooms, and it works, unlike some other places. Free parking.

Slightly out of the heart of things, but as you'll be driving anyways, not a problem. We took a look at the Westin, which is clearly a more luxurious property, but at more than twice the cost, not a good value.

I would stay at the Hilton again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in Napa. We stayed there a few years back, and it was nice then, but obviously this hotel has had a major upgrade since we were there last.

The lobby area has been updated and has a very high end feel to it. There is a small area where breakfast and I believe you can get dinner. On certain nights they have a wine reception, which was very nice.

We upgraded our room to a suite, and it was lovely. The room too had obviously been updated and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was very large and had a very deep garden whirlpool tub.

All the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. What with wine tasting, my hubby and I didn't want to drink and drive, and the front desk staff called us a taxi company that was more like a limo service, very nice.

I hope to be able to return soon and stay at this lovely place.

Affordable, friendly, great location, quiet and comfortable! What else is there to say? Staff welcoming, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great rooms, comfy bed and nice shower. Food was made to order and so very tasty. Requests were met with a smile and a "no problem". Will stay here again.

We spent 4 nights here while exploring the area in March. The staff were friendly, charming and really helpful. The hotel has all the amenities one would expect and is a great base for trips around Napa and Sonoma. Very comfortable bed, adequate gym and good breakfast.
