“Fantastic Wine”
Reviewed 6 May 2014

Great wines with a great culinary influence. Highly recommend joining their wine club to see what food the wines are best paired with.

“Excellent Winery”
Reviewed 28 April 2014

We dropped in on Sinskey's following a recommendation from a server at SPQR restuarant in San Francisco.

It was a very pleasant experience. The tasting room is very stylish. Cool and airy. We were lucky as it was not very busy so we were able to chat with the staff. They were all very interesting and knowledgeable. Little nibbles are served with the wine which is a nice touch. The wines we tasted were really very good. There were no qualms about trying a little more of certain wines to choose anything you were interested in buying and I think we defintely tried more than was on the official menu. Although living in London, shipping is prohibitively expensive, we bought three bottles to pack in our suitcases home.

Top tip - try the special Pinot Noir Rose. It is phenomenal

“Love their cabernet!!!”
Reviewed 18 April 2014

I was not familiar with this vineyard but it was recommended by my chef friends so we decided to go. No regrets at all!
We were attended by this guy, Joshua who was very knowledgeable about their wines and shared so many interesting stories -- from the flavor to the label of the wines. They also serve a small plate of canapes which I think is a very nice gesture.
I particularly liked their cab and the POV.
We ended up buying a case and just shipping it. They take care of the shipping. They also waive the fee of the wine tasting after we bought our wines.

“Tasting heaven”
Reviewed 14 March 2014

The 4-5 wines we tried were all lovely, accompanied by olives, cheese, tiny quiche, snapping fresh crackers and a cheese pastry, all made on site. You can't leave without purchasing a couple of bottles. The building itself has a superb wooden ceiling constructed by a builder who specialises in cathedrals, well worth a look for that alone. Friendly and competent staff to assist with tasting.

“All-around Delicious”
Reviewed 23 February 2014

The only winery that provided a full plate of delicious nibbles to pair with their wines - for ALL tastings, not just for the fancy-pants seated kind. And the wines were outstanding. Great variety, which suited my tastes (structured wines, like Cabs) and my husbands (light and bright). Can't wait to revisit.
