As with many restaurants which develop a "good reputation", the mantra becomes "turn over the tables". When you order a cocktail, and the next few minutes you are expected to order your diner, the thing you run into is while you are still savor your cocktail your dinner arrives. That's a BAD thing to allow to happen. Slow down the push and let the customer enjoy the full experience of the evening. Other than that problem, the four of us had a rememberable dinner.
