I had lunch at China House yesterday and ordered Mongolian Chicken. I came out dark brown, almost black with so much reduced soy sauce that you couldn't even taste the chicken. The chicken itself was rubbery and almost unchewable, more like jerkey, and so salty it made my mouth hurt, and I tend to like my food salty,There was a large amount of chicken, probably 1 1/2 cups, but no vegetables, about 10 chiles and a few green onions. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.
