We stopped at this winery since it was one of the twelve boutiques on the wine tasting card we purchased in Downtown Napa. We all loved talking to Butch about Napa, San Francisco (he grew up on Mission Street and knows about Zante Pizza and Indian Cuisine where we had just enjoyed pizza the night before!) and our future retirement to Panama. He poured ten wines which we all shared and really liked nine out of ten of the wines (didn't like the 2009 Reserve Chardonnay "Carneros" as much as all of the others). Butch explained the grapes that come from surrounding counties and gave us detailed information about the wines we were tasting. The winery itself has a magnificent bar (colorful) and is clean and soothing. This was a wonderful way to end our wine tasting adventures in Napa!
