We had an awesome meal at Celadon while in napa! Excellent wines, great service, amazing food. We had a tomato mozzerella appetizer that was fantastic. One of the entrees was grilled polenta with vegetables which we'd also recommend. Such a great meal - i just wished we'd specified in our reservation that we wanted to sit in the outside space, it was beautiful

I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Celadon on 8/25 (a day after the earthquake). The location at the Historic Napa Mill is very cute and they have a large outdoor patio. Food was delicious. The special heirloom tomato salad was tasty. The calamari small plate was excellent - flash fried calamari with a spicy chipotle chile and orange honey glaze was lightly breaded and very tender with an amazing kind-of-spicy glaze. The special seared ahi was delicious. Service was good. I too thought the tables are much too close together. Felt like I was dining with others. I would highly recommended Celadon.

Celadon was recommended by our B&B innkeeper. The food was absolutely amazing!!

They were conscious of dietary restrictions and were able to make the flash fried calamari in a rice flour!

Their sister restaurant is Cole' Chop House which was also very delicious!

A must see when in Downtown Napa.

Visited Celedon on our last night of our stay in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed a great meal. Service was excellent. All food was fresh, well cooked and very well presented. My only gripe was we thought the tables were too close to each other and it wasn't possible to have a private conversation.

The second night of my sister's and my Napa trip we ate at Celadon. We had eaten a fairly late lunch that day, so we each got an appetizer that we shared, and then shared an entrée. I had the appetizer special of the heirloom tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, and she had the mussels. Both were great, and just the right amount of food. The waitress volunteered the info that the scallops dish usually came with 3 scallops, but she could ask for four, for a small additional charge. This was terrific, and they served our meal on two separate plates, so we didn't have to pass it back and forth. Somehow we still had room for dessert, and I had the bread pudding, which was fairly dry and a bit of a disappointment. Sis ate the chocolate and hazelnut mousse bars, and they were fantastic. Overall this was a good experience, with reasonable prices and great service.
