Old victorian atmosphere with very nice rooms and fantastic people working. Rooms are very clean and tidy. It is a hotel you definetely don´t meet so often but it is very, very nice. That of course if you don´t have to have standardized rooms, breakfasts etc..
Breakfast is served together with all other guests ans often you are served at the table. Our room had also a jacuzzi which of course adds to the total. Prices are kept at a good level also keeping in mind that our visit was in the high season. This is a place we will come back to for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at The Napa Inn. The Inn itself is a great property and the staff are wonderful. They were most accommodating and very helpful. The cheeses and cookies each afternoon were a nice touch. The Inn is located in a quiet neighborhood which was very nice after returning from a full day in Wine Country. We would certainly stay there again and highly recommend it.

Room Tip: We stayed in Kirtley's Retreat which features a cast iron bath tub with overhead shower in the r...

We stayed there for 4 days for our Napa Trip. It is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay! The people there were super friendly, very helpful. It is a very romantic place for couples, very close to downtown area. If we go back, would definitely stay there again!

nice enough room but for the money way over priced. small bathroom and our room was on the street so we could hear road noise at night. nice sit down breakfast that comes with room so that helped---met some nice folks at breakfast who had some common interest---always enjoy meeting new friends

Room Tip: stay in a room that's not on the street

My wife and I stayed here for one night, our first private getaway since our 18 month old son was born. It is a terrific B&B, with outstanding breakfasts, and terrific rooms. To our surprise the room had more amenities than we'd expected: coffee maker, refrigerator, cable tv, sky light, and a small private parking lot. However, we booked the "Sweethearts" packaged deal, as advertised on their website: 2 half hour in-room massages, dozen roses, deserts and liqueur, in-room breakfast. The two, half hour massages (couples massage not an option) in fact won't be in-room unless you're staying in a room that's large enough. We weren't, and so my wife and I had to take turns and separate. The roses were fine. The other items in the special were things that ALL guests get anyway. It was a tad misleading. By deserts and liqueur, what they mean are the cookies and brandy that are put out for all guests in the main house in the late afternoon. And the in-room breakfast, while delicious, is supposedly a $15 delivery value. In the end, sure, we received all things mentioned in the special. I shared our disappointment with the owner, and made it a point to start the conversation in a very low tone of voice and away from other guests, to not upset anyone's experience. Honestly, I was a little surprised that she had a rebuttal argument for every one of my points, as opposed to expressing some sympathy and peace offerings, which would've been fine.

We visited Napa over Labor Day weekend and stayed at The Napa Inn. It was a great choice. This bed and breakfast was just what you would want! It was clean, beautifully decorated and had a great staff. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the Inn had a great crowd. This is the perfect place to relax after a long day of wine tasting. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't think of much that would have made our weekend at the Napa Inn any better. We stayed in Miss Tessa's room, (I think the bed may have only been a double) which had a lovely renovated bathroom. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Bed was made and towels were changed out daily. Breakfast was amazing every day (don't forget to try the granola!) and the other guests were friendly. I think that is the biggest plus of staying at a b&b. We all discussed the wineries we'd been to and our plans for the day. Sharing tips and plans with fellow winos really enhanced the stay. Friday night, we were lucky enough to be treated to a private wine tasting at the Inn by a local winery. That was a bonus! I would stay here again if we go back to wine country.
