Wonderful location and staff with a big room, the wine and olives during the afternoon was great. A decent location and nice grounds.

When we checked in, there was a line of 10 people. I thought to myself, "Oh! No!". Well, it was all in the same party. Whew!

From there, our room was upgraded. Katie, who helped with our check-in, was wonderful!

It is only 3 stories tall. There's only one set of elevators. The hallways are short. We were facing the courtyard, "swan lake", and rose garden. Absolutely calming and wonderful.

Our room was clean and lovely. I love the furniture and the chairs. The door to the bathroom slammed everytime that you opened or tried to close it. It's hard to explain, but that's the only issue that I found with our room.

I was happy to see that we had fresh coffee beans and a coffee grinder. The coffee tasted better. The complimentary breakfast is normal. Also, the manager's reception was normal. A lot of room to sit down and enjoy your meal or drinks.

One night, I ordered the Casear salad from Ring's restaurant. Wow! Love the dressing. Don't know what they put in it, but you should taste it.

We really love the two tvs and the comfortable double beds. Lots of storage. Oh! I wanted the presidential suite, but no one available to tell me if I could get it or how much it was. I really wanted to move into there. Oh! Well, next time.

Great location, near the outlets. Oh, they have two pools. One indoor and one is outdoor.

this hotel is really very beautiful .. the staff friendly and you get a great value for your money. Clearly not the boutique hotel you might want to go to in Napa, but for a family the absolute best spot to be and visit Napa and the country side.

From the moment you drive into the circular drive fronting the hotel until the moment you walk through the lobby into the wonderful inner courtyard with its pool, pond, swans and baby ducks, this hotel will impress you with its landscaping and decoration. Our suite had a french balcony so we could leave the door open at night to take advantage of the cool evening air. The location next to highway 29 is handy for getting around but try not to get a suite on the highway side as traffic noise is noticeable. We switched our suite without problem and got one overlooking the pool on one side and the entrance way on the other. Also, try for a suite on the top floor so you don't hear people walking around, opening doors, etc. above you. We didn't find either the manager's reception or breakfast anything to get excited about, but it was certainly pleasant to eat outside by the pond. Also the pool could be bigger and have more chairs.

Aftre spending a day wine tasting, our group arrived at Embassy Suites. Our group had 5 people, and the suite was spacious and clean. This is a good place to relax on vacation. The lobby, the pools, the welcome reception and breakfast are top notch. The pond area around the outdoor seating is awsome, with black and white swans. Breakfast is cooked to order, delicious omelets. The buffet is ample, there is both inside and outdoor eating areas. We left refreshed and ready for another day of sightseeing. A good value.
