The Best Western Elm House Inn is a very nice cross between a Bed & Breakfast and a regular BW Inn or hotel. The staff was very helpful, attentive and timely. The grounds are beautiful, very much like an English Garden surrounded by a nice Inn. The Inn is split into two sections: A main building with several rooms, the lobby and nice casual breakfast room with fireplace: A back building with just a few deluxe rooms. My wife and I stayed in one of the back deluxe king rooms upstairs that was very nice, quiet and private and separated from the main office area by beautiful gardens. Our friends stayed here too and they had equally high marks for the Elm House Inn. The BW Elm House Inn served breakfast, which was Continental by hotel standards but just perfect for us: Belgium waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cereals, juices. We've had Continental Breakfasts at other hotels that were nothing more than plastic-wrapped pastries. Not here. There was a full staff of servers who helped make breakfast an enjoyable event. Aside from the Wi-Fi internet service, we had a lobby computer to use and the staff was very helpful in printing our boarding passes. I highly recommend the Elm House Inn.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the back deluxe rooms.

We had such a wonderful time in Napa, mostly because the pleasant staying at Best Western Elm House Inn. Tom and Bertha, the innkeepers, were very helpful and kind. The room was large, clean and quiet, there was a spaceful bathroom and the waffles at breakfast was to die for! We surely will recomend it to friends!

My wife and I stayed at the Elm House Inn for our honeymoon March 21-25 and this place was AWESOME !!! When we arrived they already knew it was our honeymoon and gave us a great room (401) that was huge. Very, very comfortable king size bed and an enormous bathroom with a standalone shower and Jacuzzi tub in it which was very nice.

The walk in closet that was in the room also had another vanity with sink, mirror and hair dryer which made it very nice for 2 people to get ready without crowding each other.

The room was very quiet at night and I am not sure what rooms others stayed in but we were no more than 20 feet from the street and never once heard any noise in our room.

We faced out into the little courtyard they have there and next to the hot tub which made our nights very relaxing. This hotel is more like a B&B than your average hotel. The owners Tom and Connie knew us on a first name basis and made absolute sure we were having a great stay at their place.

Each night they made us reservations at whatever restaurant we were going to which made it nice to not have to deal with that sort of thing on our honeymoon.

This was our first trip to Napa and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The location is great, the room was awesome. The owners were unbelievable and the cost was right where we needed to be.

When we visit Napa again (and we will) we will for sure be staying at the Elm House Inn again.

I can really not write enough about this hotel and everyone there. It was a fantastic time and we are so glad we were able to enjoy our trip and our honeymoon with no hassles and at a such great location.

Thank You !!!!

The highlight of staying at the Elm House is the wonderful breakfast! They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, from a home made waffle to a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. Very, very friendly staff. It sits right on a busy corner, so that is a downfall. But if you don't mind the traffic noise, it's a nice place to stay on your visit to Napa.
