I must admit that I am not very good at writing review for Trip Advisor for places we stayed/visited/eaten. However, this beautiful bed and breakfast was such a delightful experience that I feel I must echo all of the wonderful reviews on this site. My husband and I stayed here for three nights in late April and enjoyed our stay immensely. It is clear that Tom (the owner) is very proud of the property and is quite attentive to the guests - he is right there in the morning pouring coffee and helping guests feel comfortable. Miriam is just the sweetest and helped us with restaurant choices for downtown Napa that were spot on. The grounds are beautiful and our room was extremely spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable too. We were in the annex so I cannot speak to the rooms in the main house. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a home away from home.

LOVE this place! Great location! Breakfast is so good! Nice big rooms. Ours had a fireplace. Cookies & coffee in the afternoon were a nice treat. Friendly & helpful staff. Only con: Walls a bit thin and we could hear road noise. I read that on other reviews so I brought a little speaker to play the spud machine app on my phone. Worked great! Couldn't hear the noise and we slept like babies :) I would recommend this place to everyone we know!

This was our second stay at this quaint, well run Inn and it was every bit as lovely as our first stay (approx 5 years ago). The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was lovely (waffles, eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, home made muffins) and as many have already mentioned, the awesome, home baked chocolate chip cookies served in the early evening. The grounds afford many tiny 'mini retreats' where one can read a book or simply enjoy the beautiful grounds. Kudos to the Inn keeper and his team. This is a first rate establishment.

The inn is very quaint, clean and well kept. The staff was very accommodating in checking us in even though we were early. The Inn has a very good breakfast and afternoon tea. The morning breakfast staff was very service oriented and went out of their way to make sure all your needs were met. A staff member even suggested we take one of the muffins for the road as it makes a good coffee break pastry.

We booked this for 2 nights in April based on the many other positive reviews and we weren't disappointed.
Tom and his staff were friendly, the room was bright and comfortable, the outdoor jacuzzi is a nice touch and it's a short walk into the centre of Napa. Yes, it's on a fairly busy road, but the bed was so comfortable we slept through the early morning traffic.
Breakfast sets you up for the day, and the warm, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chip cookies each evening are absolutely yummy!

Tom and his entire staff were so gracious. From the time we walked through the front door, we felt like we were in someone's home. The friendliness, the decor and the lovely snacks and breakfast all contributed to a "welcome home" feeling. It was a wonderful stop on our trip.

We checked in around 5:30 and were given a lovely upgrade to our room. The lobby and patio area are delightful and the cookies in the afternoon were yummy. Room was clean, attractively furnished and very comfortable. We had reservations for an early morning hot air balloon ride and were graciously granted a late check out. Convenient location
