Recently stayed there with our 6 month old son. We worried he wouldn't "fit in" to the quiet laid back atmospehere but every one was very nice and helpful. Pack n play was in the room when we checked in. He cried in the middle of the night two of the three nights we were there. We worried he woke the people in the room next to us but nothing was ever said. Breakfast was fabulous. Great way to start the day. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable about local restaurants. Very helpful.

My wife and I spent a week in the Napa Valley and the Elm House Inn proved to be the perfect place to stay. It has the charm of a bed & breakfast, but with a great deal more privacy. The innkeepers are very friendly and the entire staff is very helpful. The Inn is located at the southern end of the Rt. 29 "wine corridor," with easy access to the coast, Sonoma, San Francisco, and other nearby attractions. We'll stay there again on our next trip!

Thanks again Trip Advisor. Endorse all previous glowing reviews for Elm House Inn. Our stay was most enjoyable with great personal service. Lots of lovely touches. Certainly Value-for-Money and that's what we Scots appreciate.

As a complete aside from the Hotel which had nothing to do with this - watch out for the Wine Tours. The tours themselves may be well enough organised but the tastings at the wineries are a complete and utter rip-off and cost extra!!! $15 each for tastings which do not amount to one glass of wine in total. Some wineries at least waive the tasting fee if you buy a bottle but a bottle will cost a minumum of $25. The wineries should have a bar licence for that what they are doing combined with the profit they are making.

We just returned from 4 wonderful days at the Elm House Inn. "Best Western" may give the wrong idea. Elm House is more like a quaint Bed & Breakfast. Our rooms were large and immaculate - overlooking the spa. The owners and hosts were more than hospitable - welcoming us on arrival after a long day of travelling with hot cider and freshly baked cookies. (and trust me these are the BEST chocolate chip cookies you will ever eat!) They bake them fresh daily and guests line up for them. The breakfasts were delicious with homemade waffles and muffins made from scratch along with fresh fruit, bagels, cereals and more. Couldn't have asked for better food. After a day of wine tasting and touring it truly felt like coming home. We liked the Napa location with many great resturants to choose from We loved it and look forward to a return visit.

We only stayed here one night, but next time will include a longer stay in our itinerary. We have already recommended our friends stay here. We were in a separate building with an extra-large room. Very clean, comfortable bed. The service provided is what truly stands out, from helping us find dining options, to the fantastic homemade cranberry orange bread at breakfast, to custom-order waffles. Excellent.

My husband, adult daughter and I spent two nights at the Elm House Inn. It is conveniently located to the main roads. The rooms are well-appointed in the French Country style. The breakfast is excellent. In the early evening they offer hot cider and warm chocolate chip cookies. The owners are very helpful with suggestions regarding restaurants and entertainments for the area. I would definitely stay there again.
