Had lunch today at Gulfstream in Corona Del Mar, CA. The atmosphere and service were great and the food was fabulous. I recommend both lunch or dinner, am partial to whatever fish special that’s on and a reservation becuaae this place fills up.

Quite surprising that this place is still around and good. I remember when it originally opened and like it much better now then before. I think it was even called the Cowboy, way back when. Tonight it had a busy but good atmosphere, nice host and not too loud, (its nice to hear who you're spending time with ) overall good food - not too much and good portions. Tasty and quickly served. I didn't go outside but the patio looks really nice and seems to be a popular spot.

After spending in excess of $250 and dining early (beginning 3:30pm an off hour), were in the middle of our after-dinner tea and were asked to vacate so they could seat other guests. Mgmt woman said we could sit outside on the patio (it was pouring rain). Be prepared to chow and plow quickly, here, as you can be hustled away. Spoke to manager on the phone after we left and he explained they need to free up tables for waiting diners. Noticed that we, 2 business formal attired females were asked to vacate while the table behind us (2 males with scotches who had been seated at the same time as we) were allowed to stay.
Sexist, classist b.s.
