All you need for your stay at Audeens is your bathing suit and your relaxation mode. The house offers everything else you will need. Kitchen appliances fully stocked, washer and dryer on location, toys, chairs and boogie boards for the beach.

We are a family of 7, we had a great time and had plenty of room. The beach is super close and no busy streets to cross. Close to our favorite restaurants and we walked on the pier every morning.

Audeen's beach house was perfect for us. It is two very short blocks to the strand and the beach. We used her bikes up and down the strand and anywhere we needed to go where a car wasn't needed and allowed us to really see the area and what it has to offer. Driving around in a car doesn't offer the same. The kid's room was very spacious and the master bedroom was just right. There was no A/C so it did get warm in the afternoons, but we solved that by opening the back patio door to let the cool air in and the cross ventilation helped a lot. We used the BBQ grill for our July 4th family get together. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, bowls, and cookware so we cooked the other nights and ate our dinners in the back patio. After dinner, it became a ritual to walk down to the ice cream shop Pipeline, just two minutes away. The location is great and the front patio was great for people watching. We recommend this to others and would vacation here again.
