My wife, mil, and myself had dinner there. When we entered the establishment we found no greeter and the set up is not well planned. When we were seated the person knew nothing of the "early bird" menu and we had to ask for it. We had to run down a server and never found the one assigned to our area. While staff would go by us, we usually had to ask for refills and attention. However, the food was good and the plating was well done.
All in all, a reasonable priced meal but it is obvious that the management has not trained the staff on how to "cover" and present best face to the customer. to say nothing of giving excellent customer service.
