The room was about what I expected for the average to above average Quality Inn. Lots of nice little added touches makes me think they care about the little things. Well kept property inside and out. I was in the back portion and had little to no wi-fi reception. They offered to move me to another room but it was late so I just went to bed. The next day I moved to a room close to the front desk and got good wi-fi.
The breakfast was somewhat better than QI average i.e., good but not great. Lots of airline flight crews staying there during my stay. During my two day stay everyone at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and cheerful (except one grump).
I felt it was a very good value, especially for the Bay area. There was a computer in the breakfast area which I think is supposed to double as the business center. You have to swipe a credit card to use the computer for anything except printing boarding passes. If you bring your own computer and want to connect to the internet, be sure you are not given a room in the back.More
