“Excellent flavors but need more of it.”
Reviewed 1 August 2013

For the price, I expected either a larger pizza or more toppings. But, it was very tasty.

The acoustics could use some help. Packed with noisy kids in the late afternoon and one of them would not stop screaming -Come on Parents!

It was a bit puzzling not know if we should sit down to order or order 1st. Perhaps they need a "Order Here" hand.

“Great pizza and caesar salad”
Reviewed 1 August 2013 via mobile

This place is not obvious when driving down Coast Highway. We will return to this place. The pizza is excellent. The crust is super thin and crispy, but the edges are crunchy but soft in the middle. Yum! We ordered a clam chowder pizza, an artichote and chicken and a peperoni with ricotta . All three were excellent. The caesar salad is wonderful. You cant stop eating it. Obviously a popular place for locals. It isnt a fancy place, but pizza is excellent and the service is great too.

“Loved Our Caprese and Pizza”
Reviewed 31 July 2013

Ordered a couple of pizzas, a caprese salad and the mac and cheese. When we got there, we learned that they have dessert that they fire up in the pizza oven (that night was peaches and cream on a pizza crust). Unfortunately, we couldn't wait the 10 minutes it would have taken so when ordering, ask about their desserts too. The mac n' cheese with pulled pork was ok but the pizza was really good.

“Delicious coal-fired pizza”
Reviewed 29 July 2013

If you are looking for a restaurant that serves great food, has a lively atmosphere and friendly service, then this is the place to go. Our friends had told us about this place so we finally had the opporutnity to stop in for a visit. Friday evening, it was busy but the staff took care of us from the get-go and found a table for us within 10 minutes. Food was delicious, drinks were good and we will definitely go back. For our appetizer we ordered the Roasted Corn with spicy sauce & Sweet Onion Chicken Wings. For dinner, LJ ordered the Red & White Pizza Pie (tomato, cream, parmesan reggiano) while I had the Fennel Sausage Pizza Pie (tomato, house-made fennel sausage, red bell pepper, red onion, fiordilatte mozzarella). To close out the evening, we shared the South O' Cheesecake (with raspberry and chocolate sauce) and Zeppole (fried pizza dough drizzled with strawberry and chocolate sauce).

“Oceanside gem”
Reviewed 22 July 2013

Great "coal fired" pizza with unique toppings, and friendly services. Try the deep fried olives (kalamata with light bread coating). Hit the spot after a long day's bike ride.
