It's a bit of a drive, but worth the stop. Well attended grounds with most visitors observing silence or only whispering. A short walk to the end of the ridge gives a beautiful view of the Ojai valley. Pleasant stops and benches on the way, and birds are constantly around having lost their fear of humans. I was put off by the commercialism that saturated the garden. A sculptor named Brian Berman had many sculptures on display. Most weren't jarring, but some certainly were, 90% used his signature "B" and tried to make it fit in with Buddhist philosophy, and all had a placard advertising that the sculpture was for sale! Irritating.
