“A gem!”
Reviewed 25 July 2014 via mobile

Located in Ojai it is in a charming in an old converted house… The food is exceptional….We had the poached salmon, stuffed poblano chilies with goat cheese and corn, and a grilled Atlantic salmon sandwich… Great for both breakfast and lunch… The prices for lunch are much more reasonable than dinner. Great staff as well.

We had a fantastic meal at Suzanne's! The patio was beautiful and the service was first rate. We had fish that night and it was perfectly prepared and oh so delicious! It is not to be missed if you find yourself in the Ojai area.

“Slow service, get a patio seat”
Reviewed 2 July 2014

HIghly recommended and rated-we thought it was ok-We missed the sunset not because there was not enough time-but becasue we mustve gotten lost in the kitchen-slow slow service and we were sittign close enough to admire people enjoying the lush flower draped patio from our minuscule table in the hot un spectacular interior. Food yummy-but the rest of the experience killed it. Neighboring loud talker table just sealed the deal. Parking easy and easy to get to location from Ojai Valley Inn

“Provence cuisine in Ojai”
Reviewed 2 July 2014

DH and I had a lovely lunch at this restaurant before heading to the Lavender Festival. We had a wonderful white wine from the Luberon region of France and mussels done Provençal for an appetizer. The mussels, French bread and rosemary focaccia were absolutely delicious. DH opted for a crab salad which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had a salmon pasta salad that was a bit bland. It needed more capers I think and perhaps some chopped sun dried tomatoes for some zip. We share the seasonal sorbet. You get 2 scoops of several choices and we chose Ollalaberry (?) and mango. Both were delicious and the flavors of the fruit were quite intense. They have a beautiful garden with fountains and lavender which we loved. Would definitely go again.

“Good, not great”

One if the better places in town for sure. Food was good but not fantastic. Great service which made up for any complaint on the food. Would go back again.
