It was our 55th anniversary and we had heard that the Feather Hill Lodge was nice. And it was. Our disabled room was perfect (expept that the comfy bed was a little too high for a disabled person to get into.) The room was large, well appointed and the bathroom just perfect. So what was wrong? There was NO restaurant for a celebratory dinner. All that was available was the buffet. Hardly the place for a 55th anniversary night. We were there two nights. The first night the buffet was $10.95. The next night it was all the seafood you can eat .. we don't eat seafood .. so it was $16.95. How we wished for a nice restaurant. Instead we had sandwiches from the deli. Also, I got trapped twice in the elevator with my cart. There was no room in the hallway leading to it because they had walled it off for construction. I had to be rescued. Further, the rate went up considerably on the Friday night over the Thursday.

Good stuff ... comfortable room they provided toothpaste (I ran out ) and it was clean. Just not the place to have a celebration and the joy of our 55th. It has tons and I mean that of penny slots ... it's hard to find any other kind. That part was okay. Just nowhere to eat a nice meal ... NO ROOM SERVICE EITHER.

We just got back from Feather Falls lodge and casino. We usually take our rv to their KOA campground but decided for my husbands birthday to do something different. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in. We upgrade to a Studio Suite. I could live in this room. Just Perfect. Since their pictures were taken they have added many nice pillows to enhance the bed and they are soooo comfortable. The jacuzzi tub and dual head shower is perfect. The best part of the whole Hotel (can't call this place a lodge, sorry) is the staff. They will keep us coming back. Have to send them all a big thank you card. The pool Jacuzzi and sauna are also something to check out.

We escaped to this amazing place for a long weekend. The entire property was beautiful. The rooms were amazing! Nice furniture, comfy bed, soft sheets, very clean, and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I can’t go a day without running, and my wife can go a day without swimming. The gym was just like home: personal TVs at each treadmill. The pool wasn’t a lap pool, but she still enjoyed herself relaxing.
The entire weekend was a great experience. We will come back. The price of the room was great for all the amenities they provided. This place was an affordable luxury.
Thanks for a great weekend!

We stayed 2 nights, this is such a nice hotel...as described by the previous reviewer the rooms are very nice, very clean and absolutely no complaints.
Check in is at 4 but we checked in at around 2:30 with no problem at all.
We even got fresh baked cookies upon arrival, coupons for free drinks, dollar off coupons for the buffet and Village restaurant.
The pool is very very nice and yes, they do provide nice pool towels.
At the casino, there were self serve drink stations which was a nice convenience. Compared to other casinos I've been to this wasn't smokey at all but they do have a non smoking section if that's what you need.
There is also a nice KOA next to it...for those who wish to bring the RV.
All of the service people we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful.
I absolutely recommend 100%.

We stayed at the Feather Falls Casino & Lodge for one night. The hotel is new and very nicely designed. The lobby is impressive with large leather sofas and chairs, granite, nice artwork and slate floors. The hotel and casino are in separate buildings and very conveniently located to one another.

The deluxe guest rooms are nicely appointed with earth tones, bed, nightstands, armoire, comfy side chair, computer desk/chair and small (standing room only ) balcony. The room had a mini-fridge, armoire that holds TV, drawers and closet section, coffee maker, tea bags and ice bucket. The bed in our room was quite comfortable and had high thread count sheets, light blanket and a nice heavy comforter. There are two internet connections in the room, one at the desk and one beside the bed, two phones and a digital alarm clock.

The bathroom is average size with tile floors and shower walls, strong water pressure, granite counter, thick white towels, curved shower rod, blow dryer, and good quality Pro Terra shampoo, conditioner, lotion and shower cap.

The photos on the lodge's website are very accurate. The room was very clean and the staff was great. Apparently there is a pool but we did not see it. Book your room online and save a few bucks.

We went to the casino for a few hours and it was nice and had pretty good ventilation although, as in any casino, there is a lot of smoking going on. There are the usual assortment of table games and slots, a good buffet and a couple of nice bars. There might be more restaurants but we did not see them. The casino is undergoing some remodeling so it should be even nicer soon.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and casino for a quick stay. It's obvious both facilities are well taken care of.

5 Thank Aqua
