“Home away from home.”

I love staying at Casa Ocotillo, because it's like home away from home. I wake up in the morning, get a fresh cup of coffee and read the daily news paper outside our special room they have at Casa Ocotillo. Brian and Vic are very friendly and always have everything you need, great service. By the pool you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and enjoy the sound of the birds and chimes, and relax... We even take our dog and pick grapefruits, for a fresh squeezed juice. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at Casa Ocotillo when you visit Palm Springs, Close to restaurants, bars, and stores. It's a very friendly place!

We've been coming to the desert for years and have stayed at several of the gay owned and operated boutique hotels, but for us the spinners stops at Casa Ocotillo. The owners are sweet and accommodating and give you the perfect blend of friendliness and privacy. The grounds are beautiful and it really feels like their home is your home.
As a pet owner we loved that they have a private fenced in dog run area that made for a happy pooch. If you are looking for a private getaway this is the place. Can't wait to be back there again.

Room Tip: there's only 5 rooms and they are all comfortable, so you can't really make a bad choice.

We traveled to Palm Springs for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and Modernism Week. Casa Ocotillo provided a lovely and quaint backdrop for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed our room, the nicely landscaped grounds and conversing with the other guests around the pool area. The inn is very close to the downtown area and many shops and restaurants (though we would recommend a car if the weather is especially warm). Bikes are available to borrow for quick trips.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Courtyard Suite, which had a private patio area.

We recently had an amazing stay at Casa Ocotillo in Palm Springs. We've been regular visitors to the desert for many years and have stayed at a variety of hotels and inns, but none have been as nice or as comfortable as Casa Ocotillo. A small, boutique inn of five rooms, on lushly landscaped grounds with beautifully appointed rooms, Casa Ocotillo is graciously hosted by owners Brian and Vic. They have created a wonderful retreat that provides every opportunity for relaxation and unwinding. We love the opportunity to travel with our two dogs and they both had a great time at this dog-friendly inn. Brian and Vic did as much to make sure our dogs had a good visit as they did for us! If you're looking for a beautiful sanctuary for your visit to Palm Springs, Casa Ocotillo is definitely the place!

Through the years I've frequented Casa Ocotillo and have always been impressed by the property, staff and impeccable service. They've managed to exceed all my expectations with their exceptional hospitality. The rooms are beautiful, grounds immaculate and service is always with a smile. It has a rather large pool and a very private and special Jacuzzi. I'm sure that anyone who stays at Casa Ocotillo will be thoroughly pleased.

We recently made a return visit to Casa Ocotillo and were delighted to find the inn was as comfortable and as beautifully maintained as on our previous visits. Brian and Vic are amazing hosts and do an incredible job making the guests feel welcomed and appreciated. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and further enhances the laid back feel of Casa Ocotillo while the location is still conveniently close to the restaurants, bars and attractions of downtown Palm Springs. Our brief visit was over much too soon, but we closed out our stay by booking a another long weekend visit in a few months ... something to look forward to!

I come here once a month from Los Angeles. All male clothing optional BUT there's no pressure here. It's very chill. They don't have a gym so I gave it 4 stars BUT they have mountain bikes available for free. Speaking of free...This is the only place I've stayed at (been traveling for 30 years) that has a kitchen with FREE amenities 24/7 stocked fridge with organic apple slices in little bags, fresh cut fruit, yogurt, muffins, Einstein Bagels, Bonnie Bell cheese, hot tea, iced tea, coffee, juice, microwave popcorn and more...This is why I gave it 5 stars for room service. I can eat healthy here at all hours - for FREE! NO CHARGE! I travel a lot and I've never experienced this. At this time they still only have box TVs in the room. But I got used to it. The place has a masculine rustic vibe. Every time I come here the rooms have been clean and fresh. I like the private secure parking spaces with electronic gate. They provide a clicker for your car. They're tucked away discreetly in a quiet neighborhood but this place is close to everything...only about 1 mile away from the middle of town. The friendliness and hospitality is about the best I can find in town. I've been coming to PS off and on for years.

Room Tip: All the rooms are like little casitas sort of. Ground level. I've tried several rooms because I...
