Great staff, very clean and a great pool for cooling off during the evening after spending a 108F day. We originally had a room facing the pool on the upper level but moved down to a slightly larger room (#32) which was cooler. Very nice grounds with lots of plants and a courtyard with a couple of large trees for shade when enjoying their good coffee and delicious cakes. The hotel is an older building but has lots of character and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The attached restaurants are closed Tues and Wed (check with the hotel), but there are some good local ones (Trio, which is a block away) has great food.
We are from Seattle, so the heat was a nice change and we will go back next time we are in town.More
