This hotel is a very quaint & quiet hotel. If your looking to relax & keep to yourself this is the place to be. The staff are very kind & considerate however you won't always get the same answer. We were initially told that we could check in early however upon arrival that was not the case. They did let us lounge by the pool but there wasn't anywhere to store our luggage so it had to stay out in the car. It's in a great location your walking distance from downtown which is great! We made use of the spa & we're very unimpressed ... Skip it & get your spa treatment elsewhere especially for the price.

I originally booked through TravelZoo for an amazing overnight rate that included a spa treatment. Upon arrival, I was amazed and pleasantly surprised at how quaint and exclusive, clean and private this hotel felt. t is truly a boutique hotel, walking distance to food and shopping, but sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the tourist locale. And the spa is wonderful! Everyone there is helpful, considerate and personable. I have returned several times to both the hotel and the spa - it is my first choice accommodation in the area.

Room Tip: Confirm whether you would prefer a queen or king size bed at check-in.

What a jewel of a hotel, nestled at the foot of the mountains in the heart of Palm Springs. Close to everything you would want to experience. Only one block from the wonderful Palm Springs Art Gallery. A short drive to the Palm Springs tram lift that takes you 8500 feet up to wonderful views. A fabulous Greek restaurant outside the door, wonderful shops from Olive Oil and Vinegar tasting rooms to clothing and jewellery. After a busy, tiring day this hotel was a wonderful retreat to return to for a swim or hot tub or in-room with the ambience of a glowing fireplace. We would most definitely return to stay here and recommend it to others.

The location is perfect, the staff go out of their way, the hotel and room are a 10 as far as being clean. I believe that you could not ask for anything more in a hotel setting. If any one coming to Palm Springs looks at this hotel and stays somewhere else it's their lost. Would like to thank Zack and all the other staff members for such a great time.

Room Tip: All rooms are great but the rooms overlooking Palm Canyon have a little street noise.

I travel often to Palm Springs as I reside in the LA area. I have stayed at every High-End Hotel in and around the Palm Springs area. There are many reviews of much more expensive or popular Hotels like the Parker Palm Springs or the Riviera Hotel all of which I have experienced first hand. The Parker, although once the "In Place", is now older and somewhat run down. The Riviera is Okay, but both The Parker and Riviera are lacking the intimate charm of The Andreas Hotel and Spa. I was so surprised by the most incredibly private and resort club-like setting, which is consummate for a relaxing stay. The Staff were all so welcoming, warm and professional. They were very attentive to my every request. All of my needs were met with their incredible attention to detail, which I greatly appreciate in any Hotel.... even providing me with a Toothbrush and Toothpaste (which I had forgotten). In the morning, they had a fantastic Continental Breakfast. My room was very clean and nice appointed. I Highly Recommend The Andreas Hotel and Spa to everyone seeking a relaxing and one-of-a-kind stay!

Room Tip: All rooms are beautiful, some larger than others, but all share an incredible Central Courtyard Swimming Pool Setting! Upstairs provides outdoor fireplaces and lounge areas, some with cabanas, Downstairs rooms are all steps from the Pool!
