“One blissful night!”
Reviewed 20 March 2009

We received our stay as a Christmas gift although we live in town. We were treated with respect and kindness from our first phone call to reserve the spot. Check in was incredibly smooth, with the desk clerk personally showing us to the room, pointing out the (many) amenities along the way.

The room was unexpectedly large and lovely! The huge bed faced the tv and remote controlled fireplace. There was a very small balcony over the main street below. Even with the Village Fest going on outside, our room was still very quiet and private. The bathroom was also large, with perhaps the largest soaking/whirlpool tubs I've ever seen in a hotel bathroom. It was all very very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was needed, and luckily was very quick and easy to use.

Although we did not stick around for it, we were told that continental breakfast would be provided in the lobby starting at 7:30am. There is also a full spa available (although again, we did not partake).

The location is extremely convenient to downtown shopping and dining. I would absolutely recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a small hotel in the heart of the village.

Had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful little hotel in downtown Palm Springs this past Feb. and recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area. The location is perfect with many shops and restaurants within walking distance, the staff is very friendly and helpful, our room was perfect and the spa was relaxing and very comfortable (thanks Merryl!). I'd recommend staying here!

We recently booked four rooms for the celebration of my parents 60th wedding anniversary. What a fabulous venue. The rooms and grounds are first class. The Junior Suites (our room) worked great for our family of four. The two entrances to the room opened to a deck with gas fireplaces overlooking the pool. The pool is awesome. HEATED in February...you can walk right in. Continental breakfast is served in a little dining room off the lobby. Walk out of the main courtyard and your're in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. The amenity that really sets this place apart is the staff. All are very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back. P.S. this was our second trip to the hotel and we had the same great experience both times.

I have stayed at many of the 'high rent' properties through the pat 20+ years in Palm Springs, and I've got to say, this one is my favorite! Small in size, but huge on service, cleanliness, location and price. When staying here you feel as if you in a resort in a different country, but in reality you are 1 block from downtown Palm Springs. Love the pool/jacuzzi area, which open 24/7, and there have been a few midnight swims during my stays. I have not experienced the spa yet, but maybe on my next visit. TWO THUMBS UP!

Recent trip far exceeded my expectations, truly an exceptional boutique hotel. Stayed in a jacuzzi suite, very spacious room with included a fire place ~ beautiful! Can't say enough about the staff ~ friendly, fun, amazing service throughout our stay. Pool area is lovely, quiet & peaceful. Used the spa services and they were also exceptional. Location is a nice walk to restaurants, shopping and Casino just across the street. Loved the outdoor fireplace area overlooking the pool.

I applaud you Charlie, you should be very proud of your property and your staff ~ I look forward to returning soon! Special thanks to Geoffrey, amazing guest service : )

If you're looking for a weekend getaway in the desert for two, this is the place! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable, and the outdoor fireplaces overlooking the pool are a great place to relax in the evening. The grounds are well-groomed and give you the feeling of being secluded in your own desert oasis. A great place to re-energize and reconnect with that special someone! My wife and I plan on making this one of our favorite getaway spots... while the kids stay at grandma's!

My husband & I visited Palm Springs in late Feb. We chose Andreas because it is a non-smoking hotel, because of it's central location in the heart of PS.

We loved the "smallness" of the hotel and the kindness of the staff.

Our experiences at the hotel and our trip exceeded our expectations and we will be back.
