“Great golf”
Reviewed 5 July 2014

My husband and I go on annual golf vacations with our friends. We are always trying to find somewhere new and not overly expensive. We have been to Jamaica, Hawaii, Mexico and Palm Springs for golf. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this course, that's all I can say. Golfed it several times and will be back again. Staff friendly, course is in great shape.

“Great place to golf”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

The course is very green and very well maintained. The course has it's challenges but not too difficult. The staff was very friendly and we will definitely return again.

“A very playable course”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

North Course in great shape. The greens are generous, fairways are also generous. Good sand. Very nice layout, but beware the water hazards that eat up some of the fairway on a few holes. Very reasonable greens fees. Not many people out on the day I played (over 100 deg). All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

“A gentle course with history”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

The North Course at Indian Canyons is a great place to start a golf trip. The fairways are wide and forgiving, bunkers and water hazards are minimal and the greens receptive. Needless to say, one can score which is a good thing. It's hard to comment on the pace of play as the day we played (wednesday, May 28) the course was empty and our twosome played in less than three hours - a real treat! The course also has history as it was the playground of Hollywood celebs back in the 1960s. Would I come back - likely though it is a long drive from the south end of the Coachella Valley (La Quinta in particular).

“North Course”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

The North course is the older of the two courses, but it comes with some history. We were told that Frank Sinatra had the course built because the other courses in the area wouldn't allow Sammy Davis Jr to play at their courses. (I love Frank even more now!)
The course is well maintained, and you get to see lots of lovely mid century modern homes (from the side these homes are meant to be appreciated - pool side). As it was the start of low season the prices were really reasonable and the club house staff was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a great afternoon!
