Stayed two nights about 2 weeks ago. Pool area dominated by families who seemed to take umbrage at any other guests using the facility. Pool was also dirty.

A/C very noisy and hotel was party like at 2 am with lost of shouting and running around.

Oh and finally thank you to the guy at reception (Daniel) who beckoned to me to hand passports much like the guys do at Border Control very good first impression.

Rooms dark and gloomy.

Will never return.

A well located hotel for Palm Springs Main Street. Large rooms spread over two floors wrapped around an outdoor pool. Key cards a bit hit and miss but nothing to complain about. Staff are helpful and breakfast is included in room fee...although you have to go to a local diner to get it. Palm Springs is hot, very hot. Take sun screen and drink lots of water otherwise you will be a puddle of sweat before you know it.

We've stayed here several times when visiting Palm Springs and have enjoyed each visit. The room is clean and comfortable, happy they provide a small fridge and love their toiletries that come straight from their spa. The pool area is great, fun and we enjoy meeting other guests. The location is great, walking distance to some of our favorite places to eat and have a drink.

Pros:
-automatic lights
-comfy bed and pillows
-spacious room
-nice big pool
-quiet room
-fridge, microwave and safe in room
-convenient location

Cons:
-kind of dirty (found a shot glass by the bed, a spider on my pillow and a roach in the bathroom)
-no bar at hotel at all
-pool was cold!
-too many kids (more for families, not so much for couples)
-no toiletries, they have bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner but no individual toiletries. The body wash container in our room was empty but thankfully we had brought our own

Ok for what we needed but would not stay there again.

We stayed in this hotel for one night as a stop over whilst on our way from Vegas to San Diego. As it was just one night we hadn’t really looked into what it was like before we got there, and we were pleasantly surprised.

The hotel sits in the shadows of the surrounding mountains and is clean and welcoming. From our room we had a view of the pool which was great to cool off in as the temperatures topped 114 degrees.

Our room had 2 standard double beds, much smaller than we were used to in Vegas, which may have been a problem had we been staying for more than one night, but for a stop over it was fine. The air conditioning was very noisy and noticeable at night, but again this was bearable, especially after our long journey - as we were exhausted.

The hotel is just across the road from a small choice of shops and restaurants, one of them Ruby’s dinner provides the hotels continental breakfast or a full breakfast with 3 dollars off each for hotel residents. Many of the restaurants close quite early (we arrived late so were needing to eat at 9.30pm) so bear this in mind if you have a specific place that you would like to eat.

The hotel has a guest laundry room which we did make use of. For 2.50 dollars you can do a wash, and the same again to dry your laundry.

I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we are ever lucky enough to return to Palm Springs in the future.
