“A recent refinishing has restored it's exterior & interior appearance.”
Reviewed 30 July 2013 via mobile

My review is somewhat limited, since my many visits were for medical reasons i.e., many Doctor offices on some floors). The Tower and associated building is interesting from an historical & architectural view.

“Must-visit. No alternatives!”
Reviewed 1 May 2013

You need to visit the Hoover Tower if you come to Stanford U. You get a great view of the area and you can even see the city of San Francisco. You get to appreciate the wind if you like that. The staff member is helpful if you have any questions.

“Go for the view”
Reviewed 28 December 2012

You can see to San Francisco on a clear day, which Palo Alto brags many of. And fun to see the campus. Parking is a nightmare, bring lots of quarters.

“Breathtaking views.”
Reviewed 26 December 2012

For a small fee, you can have the exhilarating experience of seeing the bay area from high above the Stanford campus. The viewing area is open except for metal gratings which allows you to feel the air. Scary for those of us afraid of heights, but awesome nonetheless.
