This review is all about the Niger, because it's so good. Just a simple hamburger but they do a great job.

Relatively small place, order at the register, take a number, grab a seat, and food gets delivered to your table. At times very popular with the locals/students - offers free Wifi. Parking tricky in front, may have to walk a little (however garage nearby and onstreet limited free parking available in the side streets). Walking distance to Palo Alto Caltrain station. This restaurant & patisserie also offers attractive pastry options on display inside a large glass vitrine. Service is OK although probably not a strength of this place, overall atmosphere is much better. Can recommend both the regular croissants and the grilled asparagus.
