“The best ice cream option in Palo Alto”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

Scoop is easily the best ice cream option in Palo Alto. The flavor options are diverse and the line is worth the wait, compared to other similar options in downtown Palo Alto.

The only thing that would increase the rating I gave would be slightly lower pricing, but the location in the heart of Silicon Valley is a high rent area. Speaking of location, what better place to walk around with ice cream and look at what most everyone wishes their downtown was more like.

“Great ice cream, not cheap!”
Reviewed 20 April 2014

We spent close to $12 for two ice creams (one scoop each) which seems pretty steep. That said, the flavors were incredible (a mint with cookies in it and a biscoff that tasted a lot like a graham cracker). The buttermilk waffle cones were also more than delicious (and still warm!). Would recommend.

I love the idea of ice cream sandwiches made with freshly baked cookies! Lots of interesting flavors too.

“What a great surprise”
Reviewed 7 March 2014

Newer place on University with very creative flavors and very nice staff. I had turkish coffee and Cinnamon Cardamon in a bowl and loved the smooth consistency. They use Nitrogen to make it super cold and give it wonderful texture. Scoops cost $4.95 each and they also will pack a container for you and deep freeze it so you can get home.
