We visited THO yesterday before our full day of wine tasting in Paso. We had the Sea Bass sandwich and goat cheese sandwich. Great combination of flavors and super fresh ingredients. The back patio seating was very comfortable and we are going back again before we leave!

The indoor restaurant and outdoor garden are lovely. The food is farmer's market fresh and the chef let's the fresh ingredients shine. The accompanying salad, with a little quinoa mixed in for a lovely texture, was a brilliant addition to the bright greens that came with the Seabass sandwich. My only feeling was that for the price ($24) the fish serving could have been a little bit more substantial. The sandwich featured super delicious and flavorful tomato and bacon and tamari dressing. All-around it was a super lunch and I look forward to having more lunches on future trips to Paso Robles.

We sat out back under a canopy for brunch. Food superb, great service, beautiful inside layout. Just as well we don't have one back home

Lovely salad to start and finished with a massive burger (split). Service was excellent. A titch of a walk from the main square made for a nice stroll after.

The outside area of this restaurant is very nice, the set up is new and relaxing, with water behind and wood pizza fire in front.
The inside is modern, more a bar then a restaurant.
The food composition are artistic and well balanced. For sure there's someone creative behind.
My partner loved the hamburger with glassed onions, green cheese and bacon, with the salad on side (green and quinoa), and I have to say, he is not very into organic, usually.
My salad was ok. In California I had amazing fresh salad. This was a combination of fruit, seeds, green salad and goat cheese. Everything was well balanced in the taste but very sweet.
If you need something to feel full, it is not the best choice..
We were not able to eat the dessert anyway.
Will come back one time if possible to try something else!
Very good point is this place is always open and at 3 pm all the rest we looked at were closed.
