“My Best B&B Stay Ever!”
Reviewed 1 July 2008

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Orchard Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast. The property is beautiful and the facilities are charming and very comfortable. The accommodations, hospitality and breakfasts could not have been better. It exceeded our expectations in all areas and we especially appreciated our morning visits with the owners and their recommendations on favorite wineries and restaurants. We will definitely be back as soon as our schedule allows another visit to Paso.

I stayed two nights, and it was my first time at a B&B and also my first time in Paso Robles. The hosts were so personable and helpful. I truly did feel welcome in every sense. We were given suggestions on wineries to try, which turned out to be the perfect little tour of Paso Robles. Our room was impeccably clean and so welcoming, with fresh flowers next to the bed and in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing both mornings, and our hosts could not have been better. When I go back to Paso Robles, I don't think I can stay anywhere else!

  • Liked — the bed was the most comfrotable I've ever slept in and the hosts were spectacular

We stopped here for one night on our way up the coast road from LA to SF. (We beat the fires!). Debbie and Doug, our hosts, were warm and welcoming. We had the guest house to ourselves and our choice of beautifully appointed rooms. There was local wine, fruit, various breads and chocolate available. Can't beat that. The best part though, was the peace and quiet.
Our hosts served a wonderful breakfast of seasonal fruit, delicious pastry and a memorable cheese, mushroom, wild rice and herb souffle. I can't stop thinking about that souffle!
We paid $250.00 for the privilege and I would not hesitate to book with them again.

We stayed at Orchard Hill for only one night, but it was wonderful! Our hosts gave us great tips for narrowing down our winery choices and went above and beyond to get us dinner reservations in town. Our room was beautiful and the landscape was breathtaking! Thank you for an amazing stay!

As wonderful as everyone has said...peaceful, beautiful, gorgeously decorated, quiet, fab amenities but most importantly, incredible hosts who knew the area so well, had tons of recommendations and really fun to chat with! Breakfasts were perfect, basically, couldn't be better - enjoy!

Wow, we might have missed this gem of a b&b had a pricier inn not recommended it to us (Thank goodness we didn't!). We enjoyed a one-
night stay this past weekend and everything, from the amenities to service, was stellar. This b&b is situated on top of a hill off of Vineyard and is a bit hard to find due to the crazy house numbering system employed there in Paso Robles. Debbie and Doug are the proprietors and they are super friendly, accomodating, and most importantly, Debbie makes a mean quiche. I'm not sure how "quiche" can ever be mean, but Debbie's was the meanest I've ever encountered!

The b&b like a little apartment complete with mini-kitchen and common (living) area. It's a great place to stay with another couple you know (as we did) since there are only 2 rooms and you can essentially have the place to yourselves. I liked that there were games and music available and it is definitely great for extended stays. The place is tastefully decorated in cheery Southern decor with uber-comfy beds and Molton Brown bath products....what more could a gal ask for?

It's great to have the delicious, mouth-watering breakfast in the main house and look out onto Debbie and Doug's rose garden.....very tranquil. Follow that up with some wine tastings, great dinner, and ice cream back at the b&b deck looking up at the stars....amazing! Orchard Hill is a great place and an experience in itself. Come stay, you won't be disappointed...I was blown away.

We really enjoyed the Orchard Hill Farm on our Honeymoon in Paso Robles. Deborah and Doug were very gracious hosts. With in 15 minutes we visited 2 suggested wineries in the area. Our hosts made us feel right at home and were extremely knowledgeable of the area and very helpful as we planned our daily activity. The quiet comfortable rooms, and wonderful breakfasts made it hard to leave. Next trip to Paso Robles, plan to stay at the Orchard Hill Farm!
