We were fortunate to receive a gift of a weekend at the Inn Paradiso. It was a short four hour drive from LA, and when we arrived, the innkeeper helped us to our room and showed us the fireplace, french press coffee maker and told us about breakfast (which she made) the next morning. The bed was heavenly and the whole place is super quiet. A perfect antidote to Los Angeles, We toured the Paso Robles wine country the next day, and after a luxurious afternoon nap, enjoyed a beautiful dinner in front of the main fire place. Every nook and cranny of this custom built inn is worthy of a second look. It is unlike any place we have been. Close to the town center, but far enough up a hill to feel very secluded.
