My husband and I stayed at the Opolo Inn for our ten year wedding anniversary and it was amazing. Emily, the Inn Keeper, could not have been nicer. She greeted us there immediately and told us all we needed to know about the property and our gorgeous room. The evening appetizer plate Emily provides for the guests is great. It is plenty of food for a light meal after wine tasting. The breakfast menu is perfect. The grounds are beautiful and you can take walks through the property.

The wines served in the tasting room are very good.

This is an amazing property and Emily is the best! She sincerely provides every single thing anyone would ever need or want. We will return!

Room Tip: There is not a fitness center. However the trails and hills can make quite a workout!

If you love wine tasting and touring vineyards and being treated like royalty and family at the same time, then stay at the Inn at Opolo. There are only three rooms, each wonderfully decorated with many amenities including a bottle of wine and chocolates and a fire place. The King beds and bedding are very high end and comfortable. Two rooms have soaking tubs and showers and one has a large shower with multiple shower heads. We stayed for Valentines weekend and were very pleased with the accommodations and service. There is a communal kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast is made to order with several selections, including eggs your way, blueberry pancakes, quiche, eggs Benedict , bacon and fresh fruit. The afternoon appetizers with a bottle of wine is sufficient for our dinner for us. We have stayed several times previously and the Innkeeper, Emily, and the superb cook, always remember our preferences and make our stay most enjoyable. We love walking through the vineyards and up to the hill to watch the sunset. Golf type carts are provided if you prefer to ride up the hill or down to the tasting room, where there is an excellent selection of Red and White wines. This is also a great location from which to visit other wineries in the Paso Robles area. There is no fitness room, but who needs it when you can stroll through the vineyard or play a game of bocci. We love it here, regret leaving. We are not B & B people and prefer anonymity of hotels, but Opolo is an exception. It is the most wonderful place to stay in Paso wine country.

Room Tip: All rooms have large showers. Two room also have tubs. All on same level.

Made a last minute reservation to stay at this lovely inn the day after Christmas. The staff is wonderful and cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The room was beautiful and the beds comfy. The breakfast are great and the afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvre's are wonderful. We couldn't have asks for a more peaceful and pleasant stay.

We decided to get away for Thanksgiving and since we are wine members of Opolo we decided to stay at the Inn at Opolo. We had the most relaxing 4 days of our lives. Everyone there was so nice and frendly. Emily, the Inn Keeper couldn't do enough for us to make our stay extra special. The breakfast every morning was made to order. The Eggs Benedict were great and so were the Mimosas. Then every afternoon we would receive another bottle of their wine with an appetizer tray loaded with fruit, meats, cheeses etc. We also wondered down to the winery for wine tasting and homemade pizzas and sausages and took walks through the vineyards. It was so peaceful there. We also went wine tasting at other neighborhood wineries and saw lots of wild turkeys, quail, deer and birds. Best trip ever. This may be a new Thanksgiving tradition for us.

Room Tip: All the room are great.
