The Inn at Croad Vineyards

Croad has certainly put some serious effort into making the Croad Inn a top notch place to relax. The modern appliances combined with the rustic feel keeps you close to the wine "country" with all the amenities we've grown accustom to. Its also pretty hard to overlook the 30 second walk to the beautiful Croad Vineyard tasting room. Its far enough off the beaten path to provide privacy but not so far it becomes a chore. We absolutely love the option to cook our own meals, especially while you're overlooking the vineyard. There's nothing quite like waking up to a foggy valley of vines with one of your buddies frying eggs on the patio (don't worry, the fog burns off quickly). Great experience, big thanks go out to the Croad crew. Thanks again to Martin and Patty for making our stay one of a kind.

Room Tip: All the rooms are good

Wow! I'm not a fan of B&B but this place was amazing! It is new, beautiful, breathtaking view & unbelievable service. Martin & his staff were so great! We arrived to a
great bottle of wine and a cheese platter. Breakfast was set us for us every morning. We are outside & enjoyed the view. At night,we hung out at the fire pit. Martin & his staff even planned something special for my boyfriend's 30th bday.

We plan to make a yearly visit here. It was my first time to Paso & I truly enjoyed it bc of this place. The wine at Croads is so great as well! Tops my list!

Wonderful stay at the Inn at Croad Vineyards. Martin and team were fantastic hosts and took great care of us throughout our stay. The Inn is really beautiful, clean and comfortable. The setting is spectacular and of course the wines were delicious. All in all a place that we'll plan to visit again.

This was a great find! Was hesitant to book because I thought the pictures looked to good to be true but it was even better than expected. The views are amazing and the attention to detail in the decor of the Inn and the grouds is impressive. Oh and to top it off their wines were delicious! They were our favorite out of the wineries we tasted this weekend.

Very friendly staff and the owner was very informative and welcoming. Loved our stay and will definitely be back. Worth every penny!

Room Tip: First floor is very nice with door leading out to courtyard but much better views from upstairs room...

Just back from a most wonderful stay at the Inn at Croad Winery. What a slice of heaven on earth! Martin and team will truly take care of you from the moment you make your reservation until you sadly wave goodbye and head homeward. This is the place to go if you want a B&B experience but without the awkward feeling that you’re infringing on somebody’s personal space/residence. It feels more like friends have left you their amazing vacation rental and asked you make yourself at home!
Firstly, the rooms – I can’t tell you how comfortable, rich and cozy the rooms are. Beds are king size and equipped with luxurious, soft sheets and a mix of light wool and down blankets. I loved getting snuggled in at night, burrowing down into deep, cushy pillows and letting the silent air conditioning sweep away any memory of the burning Paso Robles heat. There were plenty of thoughtful touches – chocolates on arrival, a bottle of Croad wine with glasses and an opener, a helpful info sheet and a mini fridge waiting for you with chilled bottled water. So delightful. Bathrooms were equipped with a separate filtered water faucet, spa toiletries, thick soft towels and liquid hand soap (so much nicer than only using the bar soap like at every other hotel).
Everyone we spoke to along the way was amazing. Holly is an absolute GEM and helped us with many questions before we arrived. Our travel plans changed abruptly and she was able to weather my mini freak-out and arranged for after-hours key pick up so we could still get to our room outside the regular check in window. Martin was an incredible host who made the nightly wine tasting so much fun. We loved hearing his stories while sharing nibbles and glasses of his delicious wine with the other couples.
Breakfast turned out to be more than I was expecting. There was always warm crusty artisan bread, delicious white cheddar, plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, juice, etc.. Plenty to fill you up for a day of wine tasting!
Lastly, the views and the grounds are gorgeous. Absolutely stunning. There a number of nooks and special seating areas to enjoy a solitary reflective moment, or a romantic sunrise or sunset with your partner. This Inn is a very special place and I left feeling utterly spoiled and hopeful that I’ll be able to return soon!

This is an amazing place to stay. The view, hospitality, quality of breakfast, accessibility to other place and my list could go on!!! We had a wonderful wonderful stray at the inn. The owner, Martin and his wife run a fantastic place. The staff Holly and another lady that I am so sorry to have forgotten her name were so friendly and nice that we were amazed. The place is super clean, the room views are gorgeous and our stay was just like being in a dream. At nights, we sat outside and were mesmerized by the abundance of stars and Milky way seemed SO CLOSE
Martin gave us a personalized tour of his winery which we felt was super educational and worthy.
Every evening our fridge had a surprise snack like cheese and tomato or cheese and cold cuts. Wonderful owner and management. Highly recommend staying there.

Room Tip: Make sure you try Marmite a wonderful Newzeland treat! All the rooms (just four) had a wonderful vie...

Had quite a few suggestions to visit Croad, and I am really glad that I did. Visited over the barrel tasting weekend. Got a chance to visit with Martin, the winemaker and spend about 20 minutes in the cellar tasting some upcoming wines. Martin was incredibly pleasant and answered all my silly questions about his wine. The wines Martin makes are like nothing else we have tasted in Paso, incredibly fruit forward, but very delicious. Have not stayed at the Inn but will consider staying in the future. If you are looking for a very welcoming experience and some outstanding wines this is the place to visit!
