While I was doing to full area shoot for the La Bellasera, I was given a night's stay. The rooms and amenities were great, and the cuisine of Chef Brady was simply amazing.

My girlfriend and I stayed here just one night, to attend a friend's wedding near-by. Great room (even though ours was on the first floor), helpful staff and a great convenient location. We didnt use all the hotel's facilities, but I understand they are excellent.

We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary... I had a box shipped to the hotel of things to decorate the bed with! Let me just say they did an amazing job! The staff was so friendly and helpful! When I called to see if they would decorate the room for me, they had no problem! The rooms are great! We stayed in a king spa room... We could have stayed for weeks. Some people don't like the view but it didn't bother us! Don't pass this one up! Also for people that our working. There's a computer in the room with free internet access.

Our stay at la Bellasera was great. Staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Suites are spaceous. Enoteca Restaurant has the best coconut halibut ever tasted and the service was wonderful. They don't charge a corkage fee for local wines, which we purchased on our Wine Tasting tour with Wine Wranger.

We stayed for one night in April 2009. The hotel was right off the highway although you couldn't tell from any noise in the room. However, we were 7 min from downtown Paso Robles and about 5 minutes from the closest of 200 wineries. The staff was courteous and exceptionally helpful. When we asked for some water they promptly brought 3 bottles to our room. The bathroom was large and amazingly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Inside the room we had a laptop, but didn't need it because the TV acted as a computer screen complete with high-speed Internet. It was awesome to web surf from the couch and see it on the TV. We had room 114 and it came with a fireplace - but unfortunately there was one problem with the hotel during our stay. The hotel had a "hit and miss" sulphur smell. It was disgusting. Although we didn't have it in our room, it could be found in the common areas. The staff was working on it and when we left there were at least 6 people from 2 companies trying to identify and fix the prob lem. That said, the rest of our stay was pleasant. We used the complimentary robes to go to the jacuzzi, which was hot, but lacked "jet-power". We did not eat at the hotel. And, although we can't confirm it, we believe laundry services are located above room 114 so we recommend another room if you're planning on sleeping past eight. Overall, it was a decent value and we were surprised at the spa services and other amenities that were on site. The unfortunate sulphur/sewer smell doesn't allow us to give it a better review, but if that problem is fixed we'd recommend it in a minute.

Saw this hotel as we entered town from Hearst Castle and thought we'd rest overnight instead of pushing on home. Walked in and got a great $175 midweek deal on a double queen jacuzzi suite. The room was large and absolutely spotless. Kudos to the cleaning team! Great view from bedroom windows on vineyards. The room was surprisingly quiet given that Highway 101 was visible from some windows. Comfy beds, high thread count sheets, bamboo towels, luxe. Computer on the bedroom desk. Two LCD TVs, and the one in the living room could also function as computer. Great two-person jacuzzi surrounded by painted murals. Awesome bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Bath amenities smelled like orange and were heavenly. Breakfast was delicious (yummy french toast with maple bacon and pure maple syrup, fresh squeezed OJ) and worth every penny. Dinner was just okay and service was slow -- the only disappointment in a stellar overnighter. The area is lovely, we toured Eagle Castle winery before hitting the road home the next morning (bought a case of delicious reds!). We plan to return for a weekend of wine tasting and will stay at the Bellasera again.
