My daughter and I have stayed here before when we come down for her horse shows at Twin Rivers. It has always been fine-everyone at our training center stays here together. Our last visit will be the last. We came on a Thursday night and our friend came on Friday. They gave his reservation away to a wedding party and lied to us. They told us the room had plumbing issues. We asked to see it, they would not show us the room-because someone else was in it! The two people at the front counter, Reina and Zach, could not get their stories straight- it was one room flooded and then 3. They kept lying and checking others in in front of us! We made these reservations months in advance-with our credit cards. We were there with tired teenage riders and we ended up having to pack up and go elsewhere-we stay together because we carpool to the stables and they wanted to separate us to a sister hotel. They over booked and did not just tell the truth from the beginning. They treated us horribly even thought we are consistent customers.

Mali freaking rocks! She was welcoming and genuinely hospital. The staff is amazing. They make you feel like canceling your plans and hanging out at the hotel bar! Took care of all our needs. Party of 10 in the bar. Two nights on business.

Checked in last night- check in was smooth and room was GREAT.

Now-- the funnest part of our stay-- lobby bar!! Mali was am amazing hostess/bartender!!! She welcomed us as we walked in the hotel and invited us to join the lounge!! Over the top great!!!

Value for the money is very high here. Everything was very good. The mattress was very good. Had a good breakfast. Very comfortable stay. Would stay here again when visiting winerys. Close enough to town as well.

Paso Robles tends to be pricey because of the great wine tasting in the area. The staff called me after my check-in to verify my accommodation was satisfactory. The rooms are clean and quiet and have a refrigerator which is great since we drove over 1000 miles with an ice chest, we were able to put our food in a refrigerator. The downstairs bar serves Starbucks coffee so you don't have to drive to find your favorite coffee. Prices are comparable for the area and the hotel is close distance to down town where all the favorite restaurants are located.
