Very loud and obnoxious ac in rooms, poor lighting, service at breakfast seating was rude. Location was great. AC and staff seating was rude. The beds need updated bedding and rooms are dark and need to be updated.

I'm sorry to hear that the breakfast staff was not accommodating. I will be sure to get this information to our Steakhouse manager. As for the bedding, we are in the process of getting new bedding for this exact reason. Next time you come, we should have a newer look to the bedding, which is hopefully more comfortable to you.

already said it all.and the restaurant staff was delightful. Everyone smiled and was most pleasant.
Think you need a few more gardeners. Plant were there but not tended well --for a property of this Historic fame.

Arrived early and had a walk around the town as our room was not ready. The Inn is literally across the road to the park and within easy walking distance to many amenities - tasting rooms and eateries. On checking in we found that the room did not have a safe - we had been led to believe there would be one through our travel company. When this was raised with the reception staff they promptly upgraded us to a room with a safe. Reception staff were both friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a queen bed, spa bath, double sink and fire place. We ate in the restaurant on the first night, food was fantastic and Pete our waiter was great. Cattleman's bar was busy and drinks choice great. Chris the barman was efficient and friendly ensuring drinks were served promptly, and my wife thought he was "easy on the eye!".
Grounds around the inn are beautiful and well maintained with a small pool and sun deck. There are a number of places to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the gardens. All in all we would recommend this Inn and would not hesitate to stay again.

Check in is clearly stated for 4pm. Check out is 10am. No option for early check in. We reserved our room through the wedding coordinator (block of rooms reserved) Early check ion was not an option and this hotel was short housekeepers the day we checked in. We were willing to pay extra for early check in . However, it was not an option.

Thank you for leaving feedback on your recent stay. So sorry to hear that an early check in wasn’t available. We do our best to honor all our guests’ requests and if a guest’s room is available before 4:00 pm we are more than happy to accommodate our guests. Our Fridays and Saturdays tend to be days were our occupancy is at its maximum and we see in increase in early check in requests. We do our best to accommodate everyone; very sorry your room type wasn’t available. I see that you saw our check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am; thanking for letting me know. I will check our website as check out is at 12:00. Again thank you for your feedback we hope to have you as our guests again soon.

Beautiful place to stay in Paso. The grounds are spectacular. Rooms are good and all the staff is friendly and helpful. Prime rib at the restaurant was great. If you want more characters then don’t use my review.
