This is a very small trendy, bit cramped, overpriced restaurant. It just felt expense for what we received.
There were four of us that went to Lunch on a sunny day. We sat outside. We didn't care for the music and it was a bit loud. Two of us ordered the fish tacos. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. They mixed potatoes in with it, so portion of fish was just a few bites, came with a very small (maybe a large tablespoon) of cold black beans which tasted like they came right out of the can, and a delicious slaw (two bites). My partner had a Banh Mi which he said the pork was tender and he liked, however, he mentioned that he had better ones in LA from a food truck who specializes in them at half the cost. He asked if they could leave out an ingredient and it was on the sandwich.. The Calzones at the table next to us were large and came with sauce. The couple who ordered them said they were delicious.
My other friend wanted to try the Vegetarian Plate, however when we asked why it was so much more than the protein plate and what it comprised, the waitress said it was up to the whim of the Chef and couldn't tell us. My friend ordered a salad.
