Front desk is not willing to help especially Linda, very rude!! Management doesn't follow up. This is a hotel of choice of construction workers and the hotel is exterior corridors so during the late afternoon and evening hours most of the room doors are open and people are loitering the halls, drinking, smoking and being very loud. The work trucks are large and take up several parking spaces forcing you to park further away from your room. Choose another property!More
Comfortable, adequate breakfast, not noisy. Room in very good condition. Good sized flat screen TV. Heater/AC works well. Nice sized fridge. Good counter space for single sink. Had a queen room, which was a little small for two people. Close to town. Didn't like the driveway. Desk only has room for one person. Can only turn south on McDowell out of driveway. But all in all a good value. We will be back.
If you are in the area and needed a comfortable place to stay, this will do. The price is good for what you get, but it's no big deal. Nothing to brag about, really. Just a comfortable motel. Don't know why they call it an inn. The locations sucks!!!
Centrally located with eacy access to the freeway and in town access. The rate was very reasonably priced. I usually dont sleep well in a hotel but, I came back here after a previous stay because the beds are very comfortable...Slept very sound. The staff is also very friendly & accomodating
When I visit my friends in Petaluma every New Year's Eve, I have found the Best Western Petaluma Inn to be both comfortable and convenient. And with a very nice breakfast selection. I recommend it highly.
Stayed here after Christmas 2013 while visiting Point Reyes, Sonoma and Muir Woods. All are only 30-40 minutes away. Rooms were nice, clean and larger than average. Check in service was very helpful. A continental breakfast with a waffle maker was provided. We would definitely stay here again.
